Zillow wanted to expand their Search/Evaluate experience with the use of a new AI tool that would successfully generate a list of home recommendations. These recommendations were based on actual user behavior while using the App/Site. The new AI tool created a more personalized approach which would help users feel more connected and in control of their home search.

T-Mobile created new designs to improve its lead generation form after noticing significant user drop-off due to the current unintuitive design. To address this, we conducted user testing on various form variations, gathering valuable feedback on design, usability, and the clarity of the copy. This allowed us to identify key areas for improvement and enhance the overall user experience.

LinkedIn introduced a new feature called Boosting to its Advertising platform, enabling Page admins to reach a significantly broader audience beyond organic reach. With Boosting, admins can promote content posted directly from their Page, allowing them to target executives, employees, and thought leaders effectively. This feature empowers companies to amplify their message and build a more authentic brand presence.

ADP's corporate product team aimed to understand how their current visual design language was perceived and implemented across various ADP product teams and businesses in the U.S. To unify their products under a cohesive design umbrella, our research team conducted exploratory research, including internal interviews and an extensive survey. This effort provided valuable insights to help ADP align its design standards and principles, ensuring consistency and a stronger brand identity across all applications.
